Return Policy

L.C. Fashion, we take great pride in the quality and care of our products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will do our absolute best to assist you with a prompt credit or exchange.

  • All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases,only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued. Return credits will be issued after receipt of items and after they have been inspected by our Returns Department. If possible, please place a sticker over the damaged area (This will expedite your return process).
  • Claims for all damage must be made within 5 business days upon receiving the merchandise
  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee if the the merchandise is not in the original packaging.
  • We will not accept any items that have been: worn, washed, altered,snagged, ripped, stained, subjected to odors, and/or damaged by the receiver.
  • All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please contact us via e-mail at sales@lclacy.com to receive an RA#.
  • Absolutely no returns will be accepted without the RA#.
  • Please make sure to ship back the return goods within 7 days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellations must be requested by written form (letter or e-mail).
  • No cancellations accepted after shipment.
